Renovation of extension to a wet room bathroom.
Renovation works to existing ground floor extension. The room was re-roofed with the addition of a Velux window, insulation to the walls along with tanking to allow for a functional wet room. The floor was poured to allow for a suitable drain recovery of use and an extractor fan and down-lights were fitted to enhance the high end tile finish.

Widening of driveway for more parking and path access.
The removal of a section of the front grass section of the garden and pillar with an excavator, followed by the pouring of concrete and construction of new boundary entrance pillar.

Renovation of a Georgian building to provide modern offices.
The works noted below show the removal of the cement grouting on brick and replaced with lime mix finish to allow for a breathable wall to mitigate mold and damp. The kitchenette roof had perished and required a load bearing RSJ and poured roof membrane. Rear garden patio was replaced and drainage was supplied along with a new wall and electronic gates. Extensive timber treatment, roof works, carpeting, painting and electrical works as well as new bathrooms were provided.

Extensive roof repairs.
Existing roof had perished and required extensive works. On inspection the roof attic void showed evidence of weathering and sun light shinning between roof tiles. The old roof was stripped back and replaced with new pressure treated timber battens, a water proof breathable membrane and black powder coated slate effect roof cladding. Insulation was also installed to improve the energy rating f the property and painting was done to stained ceilings.

Load Bearing Brick Pillar Repairs.
Damaged brick pillar porch support at base from vehicle impact. Requires stripping back of top layer, deconstruction with prop support of porch, staged assembly of brick sections with concrete poured internally to strengthen support.

Fire and smoke damage repairs to apartment.
Cooker related fire resulted in smoke damage to the surrounding cupboards and ceiling of apartment kitchen. The four hob cooker required replacement along with the installation of a new carbon filter extractor hood. The ceiling was replaced with new plaster slab, skimmed and painted. The cupboards were treated with a paint that can be applied to MDF surfaces.

Aesthetic Repairs to rotten Fascia on balcony detail.
The removal of the external finish of the balcony made of wooden fascia was replaced with a long life UPVc material. This will mitigate the risk of rotting and minimize the maintenance as no staining and sanding will be necessary. Soffits were placed under the fascia to complete the works and leave the balcony more aesthetically pleasing.

Required to to clean the valleys removing all dirt and debris.
